Speaking of long-term ownership, Mike shared a story about his brother-in-law who has owned a 1989 Ford Mustang, nicknamed "Casper," for an impressive 36 years. It's the longest continuous ownership of a car that Mike has sold in his 46+ years of selling cars.

On another note, Richard Prince's book "70 Years/The One and Only" is highly recommended for Corvette enthusiasts. Richard, who has been the Official Corvette Race Team photographer for the last 30 years, has captured some amazing moments. Mike even got a signed copy of Richard's book, courtesy of Joe M. from Smithtown, NY.

One of the highlights of the week was Lucas F. from Pasadena, Maryland, fulfilling his lifelong dream of owning a new Corvette. His grandfather, Scott, found the perfect Yellow Corvette at the National Corvette Museum store and placed the order. Everything went smoothly, and Lucas even got a personalized license plate to match his grandfather's. It was a special delivery day with the whole family present, followed by a trip to Duck Donuts in Rockville and then home to dive into the owner's manual. Nap time can wait!
